Five Below Project

This Five Below construction project involved a full renovation of the retail space, starting with a complete demolition of the existing interior. We built a new electrical room consisting of a 600-amp gear, a new transformer, and new panels to support the store’s power demands efficiently. All lighting systems were replaced with modern, energy-efficient fixtures, enhancing visibility and creating a bright, inviting shopping environment. The entire power infrastructure was upgraded to ensure the seamless performance of all systems. Additionally, we implemented a new energy management system to optimize lighting and HVAC controls, increasing efficiency and sustainability. The result is a fully modernized retail space designed for both superior customer experience and long-term energy savings.
