This HomeGoods construction project involved a complete transformation of the retail space, beginning with a full demolition of the existing interior. We installed a brand-new electrical infrastructure, including an 800-amp gear, new transformers, and new panels to support the store’s operational needs efficiently. All lighting was upgraded to modern, energy-efficient fixtures, providing a bright and welcoming shopping environment. Additionally, new power receptacles were installed throughout the store to ensure optimal functionality. To enhance energy efficiency, we integrated a state-of-the-art HVAC and lighting energy management system, allowing for improved control and sustainability. The result is a fully modernized retail space designed for long-term efficiency and an enhanced customer experience
